The “Pause Functions” feature enables workers at each station to stop the platform freely when extra time is needed. Unlike the emergency stop button, pressing the pause button again resumes the operation at the previously set speed without further adjustment.
The “Rabbit/Turtle” function divides the platform’s speed into two modes. Use the “Turtle Mode” for slow progress in rows, allowing easy adjustment to the needed speed. For transfers between rows or between the field and shed, switch to “Rabbit Mode” for a swift movement, saving time.
Solar panels allow lithium batteries to charge, extending the run time per charge. In sunny pruning seasons with less frequent lifting, the platform might only need charging once a week.

FAQs
How many people can the apple harvester accommodate at the same time?
The load capacity of the platform is 1000 kg, and the load capacity of the side plate is 200kg. The whole platform can load a full fruit bin and four employees (corresponding to four workstations).
How long does maintenance need to be performed after use?
The first maintenance is after 50 hours of use, and the follow-up maintenance requirements will be explained in detail in our manual.
What type of battery does the electric picking platform use?
We have ordinary lead-acid batteries, maintenance-free lead-acid batteries, and lithium batteries to choose from.
What’s the difference between acid battary and lithinum battary?
Lithium batteries are better than lead-acid batteries in terms of service life, safety, and environmental protection, and correspondingly, the price is more expensive.
What is the outward extension angle of the platform guardrail?
10-15°
What’s the difference between pause button and emergencey stop button ?
The emergency stop button is restored from accidental touch, and it needs to be manually reset to restore power after being pressed. After the pause button is pressed, press it again to restore the momentum and speed it had before the pause.
What other functions are there besides picking?
The work platform can also used to thinning , prunning , anti hail net mounting and so on.
Is the lifting system of this picking platform controlled by a motor?
The lifting system is powered by hydraulic power unit and controlled by valves.
What’s good for range-extender ?
