Our heavy-duty flail mower are designed for farms, airportsand large-scale agricultural operations. With a cuttingwidth of 2.6-12m and crushing capacity of 50mm, making it perfect for quickly and efficiently cutting grass, cotton or corn stalk, shrub etc.

The mower is built with high-quality materials that aredesigned to last and provide stability, ensuring asmooth cutting experience. Its heavy-duty constructionand overload protection clutch allows it to withstandeven the tough conditions.
Drive shaft with overload protection clutch to protect the tractor gearbox.
The folding cylinders of both wings are controlled by synchronous valves to achieve synchronous folding.
The center main board and both wings are controlled by synchronous lifting oil cylinder to ensure the same mowing height on both sides. Adjustment range: 50-400mm.
Spring damping, can slow down the machine vibration.
Machine surface sandblasting and electrostatic spraying treatment, environmental protection, wear-resistant, non-fading
Self-lubricating wear sleeve installed at all main pins, no need to fill with lubricant
Front and rear synchronous lifting lever with adjustment function, can realize front and rear parallel lifting
All knife frames are dynamically balanced to ensure the stability of the machine

FAQs
The cutting height is adjustable, the range is 50mm-300mm.
If customers requires, we can set the height as required before delivery, if no requries, the default height is 80mm.
It is mainly suitable for weed treatment work in farms, airports, orchards, bushes and other environments. It can also be used for straw treatment of corn stalks, cotton stalks, sunflower stalks and other crops. When used for weed treatment in bushes, please make sure the diameter of the bushes is less than 50mm.
Our mowers rely on the tractor to pull and output power. If your tractor is an unmanned tractor, we can customize the mower to incorporate your control system.
Customized is available. We currently have 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 26, 30, 42ft mowers to meet the needs from 2.6-12.8m.

Our M series cannot complete the collection of shredded grass, but we can accept customization. Currently we have customized mowers with collection function in three sizes of width, 1.5m, 1.8m and 2.1m, and the hopper volume can be from 4 to 20 squares.

The power comes from the tractor and requires a tractor PTO output and two hydraulic outputs. The PTO output is used for the mowing system and the hydraulic output is used for height adjustment and folding of the sides.
The user manual that comes with the mower explains in detail how to connect the mower to the tractor, how to adjust the height of the mower, the cutter, etc. Please read the user manual carefully first after receiving the goods.
All of our mowers are CE certificated. And other certificate can be done according to customer’s requirements.
We already have customers in AU, NZ, US, etc.
Payment is made via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) through the bank against the proforma invoice. 50% as prepayment and the balance when the goods are ready for shipping. Irrevocable L/C at sight could be also accepted for long terms of cooperation.
